Tiffany grew up in the beautiful islands of Hawaii. She currently lives in Bentonville, AR with her husband and children. She has spent her career in technology, across several industries. She started her career in the finance industry, with 12 years at Bank of America. Tiffany then made a move to the retail industry and took a role in technology at Walmart’s Home Office. She led several transformation and continuous improvement efforts, to progress the Global Data organization to Agile & Product ways of working. She then made a career move to Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and led the strategy, portfolio, Governance, Awareness, and communications areas for cyber-security in technology. With her time at Lowe’s, she led the Women in Technology group and served with the Women Empowered Business Resource Group leadership team. These roles allowed her to use her passion to drive change and advocacy for women across the organization. She is currently serving as a Senior Director in IT Applications for Tyson Foods, Inc. Tiffany is an Author, Speaker and Advocate for women, who uses her strong connection with people to drive change and empowerment.
Heather Johnson is an SVP at LPL Financial where she leads the NextGen Advisor Platform. Heather is passionate about customer-centric product development and gets particularly excited about innovation in the Wealth Management space. Prior to joining LPL, she was at Wedbush Securities, Merrill, and Morgan Stanley. Heather loves to play guitar, hike, and practice speaking Mandarin Chinese (her minor at Clemson University).
Mythili Madhira is an SVP in Technology at LPL Financial leading the Money Movements, Banking, Lending, Wealth Planning & Business Solutions Platforms and reports to the CIO of the Investor Experience Organization. Prior to joining LPL, Mythili held technology leadership roles at JP Morgan & Chase and Goldman Sachs & Co. Over the years, she has led technology leadership roles supporting trading and large-scale data distribution for front office and customer facing applications. Mythili has a strong track record for delivering digital transformation initiatives that support business growth and significant scale for Wealth Mgmt line of businesses.
Mythili’ s leadership style includes a personable approach while managing high performing teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions that can solve business problems to deliver strong outcomes. She has demonstrated her capabilities with a strong track record for enabling business at scale and reducing overall operational costs.
Mythili is passionate about diversity and inclusion and mentoring programs. She is the President of the Women + in Tech – NJ chapter commitments to further the growth of women technologists and has previously led “Sit with me” red chair campaign for JPMC’s Jersey City location.
Mythili currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and three boys. She is passionate about fine arts, classical music and travel.

Sharan is a Senior Director for Platforms and Engineering at Incedo, serving as the Platform Delivery Head for Wealth Management Business Unit. She excels in consulting, solutioning, and spearheading large-scale digital transformation initiatives that drive financial impact and business growth for Fortune 500 Wealth Management companies. With leadership experience at Time Warner - Time Inc, 1-800-Flowers, and iGate, Sharan has a proven record of fostering innovation across Consumer, Marketing, Retail, and Financial sectors. A Columbia University graduate and advocate for girls’ education, she has been on PTA board for Plainview Schools and member of “Girls Who Code”. She resides in Long Island, NY, with her husband and three children, and enjoys running marathons.
Komal Sutaria is a technology leader with the experience in the Financial and Insurance sectors. Currently, she serves as Vice President at LPL Financial, where she leads Developer Experience & Platforms and drives Engineering Excellence across the organization. With a robust background in digital transformation, product development, and enhancing developer experience, Komal is dedicated to fostering innovation and operational efficiency.
Prior to her role at LPL Financial, Komal spearheaded the global development and enablement of Sales and Service Omni-Channel Cloud Native Platforms at MetLife, consistently prioritizing customer-centric solutions.
Komal's career began in academia as a professor at an engineering college in India, where she ignited her passion for empowering and mentoring girls in STEM fields. This commitment to education and advocacy continues to inspire her professional journey.
Komal holds a master’s degree in computer science from City College of New York. She resides in Princeton, NJ, with her husband and son. Outside her professional pursuits, Komal enjoys art, reading, and hiking.
Snigdha Kanala is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, where she leads initiatives for Amazon Ads. With over a decade of experience, she has successfully managed enterprise-wide projects at renowned companies such as Walmart, Facebook and Bank of America. Snigdha is passionate about launching large-scale consumer-facing digital products and firmly believes in technology's potential to transform lives.In addition to her professional achievements, she actively contributes to community initiatives, including her work with the non-profit organization "Brighter Children" and volunteering for "Girls Who Code." Snigdha holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
Vanaja is a seasoned financial technology professional currently serving as Vice President at Bank of America. In her role as Application Manager, she oversees a suite of applications dedicated to investigating Global Financial Crimes. Prior to joining Bank of America, she spent a few years at the State Bank of India where she topped the national level recruitment exam, and at TCS where she developed Smart-Identity management solutions and supported technological development of credit rating models. She is passionate about exploring new technologies and their practical applications in the financial sector. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an art and DIY craft enthusiast, enjoys exploring new cuisines and loves to travel and experience different cultures.
Zunobia Memon is a VP at Bank of America in Product Management role for AML Program. She has led several roles in her last 15 years with Bank of America in Wealth management Technology and Data Analytics and Information technology areas. Zunobia is a recipient of prestigious Global Diversity and Inclusion award from Bank of America, for her passion in volunteering at Girls who code program, Grace hopper Mentoring program and Career Development lead commitments. She holds her master’s in computer science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She lives in NJ with her husband and two lovely daughters in Princeton Junction, NJ. She loves spending time practicing yoga, biking, and hiking.
Lindsey Weisman is a Director at Merrill Lynch where she leads a User Experience team. She has spent the last fifteen years of her career in product development and UX design and is excited about user-centered design and creating innovation by collaboration. She is active in her community, sitting on the board of her local Pride and Main Street organizations. She is passionate about building up and supporting women in the workplace! Lindsey currently resides in Boonton, NJ with her husband, Ben. She is currently working on an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art.
Bhagyashree is currently ‘Director – Digital Technology’ at TIAA. She is a Product Management leader with financial domain expertise and a strong technical background. She has extensive experience in wealth management, retirements solutions and client data management. Prior to joining TIAA, she was at Bank of America for 15 years playing various roles in product management (technical side and LOB side), business analysis and solution architecture. She worked at Lehman Brothers before that for 2 years in Fixed Income Analytics. She holds a Bachelors in Engineering from University of Mumbai (India) and a Masters in Electrical Engineering and in Computer Science from Columbia University. She is passionate about supporting women in technology and has been actively involved in various forums such as the Grace Hopper Conference, Girls who Code etc. over the years. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
